Week 17: Wrapping It Up

 My viewpoint has changed a lot when it comes to social media. I know look at it more like a business and less like a fun thing to do. I have learned tons from all the classes I took this semester and how you can really use social media to grow your business. I plan on using the knowledge I learned from this class and taking it into a professional environment. This class was great because it is very hands-on and was very beneficial. 

I definitely have a better understanding of how to successfully develop a business by using social media. You tend to think about algorithms of the different platforms and what would be the best way to use each platform when it comes to ads and promoting your business. You learn the behind-the-scenes of each social media platform and I find that super interesting. 

 I took this class to learn how to promote a business to potential customers on social media and I feel that this class does just that. You learn how to be hands-on and discover for yourself how the platforms work by making a post or an ad and going from there. I now feel a lot more comfortable using Facebook. I feel that I would always avoid using it because I don't go on it but now I tend to use it more because of this class.
