Week 13 Part A: Online Advertising

 When looking at a sponsored post on social media it is important that it stands out and that it is eye-catching. A good call to action is a link straight to the website of the business. It is also nice on Instagram because if you are not sure if you want to buy the product you can look through the business's Instagram to see what else they offer. Using words and an image is super effective to catch a consumer on social media and explaining what the product is without using too much wording is effective and to the point. Ads with lots of wording and not so much imagery can be annoying because it doesn't look pleasing to the eye. 

Using social media to promote your business compared to traditional media is usually a lot cheaper and easier for smaller businesses to get their product or service out there. I believe that using social media to promote a business is a more reachable goal for businesses instead of using media like radio and newspaper ads.
