Week 5 Part B: Learning about Facebook data Collecting

 1. Post reach and post engagement are both so important for a business's social media because you can really see how many people are interacting with your posts and the audience the post reaches. Post reach is important to look at because you can see how many people are reaching your page to how many people are actually responding to your page. If post reach and post engagement numbers are very different from each other it might be best to create a more engaging page and have lots of posts so when someone sees your page they can somehow engage in some way.

2. You can learn from each because they are both very telling about the audience you are trying to reach. Having your page or post reach an audience is one thing but having them engage is another. Having a post that does well is going to have lots of engagement whereas a post that doesn't do so well may have lots of reaches but no engagement so they go hand in hand when doing your research.

3. Bussiness can use Facebook's insight to better serve its customers by having information on what their audience is and how to have a better look at how well the thing that they post on Facebook is being seen. It will also help them by posting things that their audience wants to see and in turn have their audience be more engaging in the long run.
