Week 2 Post 1: Communication Between Business and Consumer

Social media over the years has made communicating a lot easier when you want to get your problems solved. It is very easy to just ask google a question and getting the answer is quick and easy. On the business side of things, it also helps consumers find a business quicker by just a basic search in google. Using social media can also do this by the consumer using hashtags or by looking at their explore page and finding businesses through the social media apps. This is pretty different from business and consumer communication in the past. It was probably a lot easier to open a shop in your town and find a majority of your consumers that way instead but now social media has made businesses easier to contact because of the number of people that use social media nowadays.

The consumers of your business can also share their thoughts on the products that you sell and if your customers are happy with the products they have received then they can leave positive reviews but if they are not satisfied with the product they can also leave negative reviews. Reviews can also provide insight for future customers and whether or not they want to buy the products that you are selling. This can also be shown through comments on your social media pages and whether it's good or bad there are proper and professional ways to solve issues that the consumer has. For example, if it is something that is an easy fix on your end it will help you in the long run so other customers don't have the same issue again then it should be a priority to fix that issue.

Everyone is going to have their own opinions on the products you sell no matter what as long as you are confident in the products you are producing and you are also taking criticism from comments are reviews to make everyone happy. It is impossible to be liked by every single customer but it is also important that you are taking feedback and using it to better your business. If it was my own business I would respond to negative comments professionally and would understand their side and what they did or didn't like to improve my products.

In conclusion business and consumer, communication is critical to grow and learn with your business, and it should be a top priority. Being looked at as professional is very essential to growing and expanding a business. Having consumers that keep coming back to buy your products also shows that they think your products are good and want to buy more.
